Along with the Ready for Love exhibition of art by Russ Greene, there will be the chorded solo melodies of jazz guitar virtuoso Eddie Pasternak and a raffle with proceeds going to Root Division. The art will be on display daily at the Afi & Associates Portfolio Real Estate office from 10 AM to 4 PM until October 23, 2008, please come by!  This summer has brought some unusually warm weather to the City, encouraging all of us to get out and have some extra fun. This summer has also found our local real estate market in an unusual place. There are abundant opportunities to look into purchasing distressed properties for great investments now and for the future.
